Many people come from families in which there were no positive role models for healthy relationships. They may either be in denial or unaware of behaviors that need to change in order for their relationship to survive and thrive.
I help couples identify unhealthy behaviors and learn new, positive ways of treating one another, including effective communication skills and other tools to build and maintain a solid, respectful, loving connection. If a partner has been wounded by infidelity, I help him or her learn how to move beyond the hurt and work on rebuilding trust.
